1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeetHunters.com (the "Platform"), a DBA owned and operated by WGSN Enterprises, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

Your use of this Platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Platform. By creating an account, purchasing content, or accessing the site, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction),
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and
• You are accessing this content in a location where adult content is legal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these requirements.

3. Platform Ownership

FeetHunters.com is a DBA (Doing Business As) owned and operated by WGSN Enterprises, LLC.

Your account and related data may be used across our platforms to provide a unified user experience and manage creator content.

4. Nature of the Platform

This Platform provides access to adult content from verified creators. All creators must be 18+ and undergo verification before selling content on our platform.

Content Policies: Our pre-screening processes for content and creator verification are based on content quality, compliance with our guidelines, and alignment with our platform standards. Our pre-screening processes are not based on race, religion, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or block content or users at our sole discretion. Any content that violates our policies will be removed immediately. Any user that violates our policies will be suspended or terminated immediately. You have the right to appeal the removal of your content or the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payments and Transactions

• All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and valid.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and legal action.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Record, redistribute, or publicly share content without written permission
• Use another person's account or impersonate any party
• Harass, threaten, or exploit creators or other users
• Circumvent payment systems, copy platform content, or violate intellectual property rights
• Access the site from jurisdictions where adult content is illegal

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and take legal action for violations.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

8. Content Ownership

• All content remains the property of the creator who uploaded it.
• By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content.
• You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content outside the Platform.

9. Termination of Access

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You agree that we are not liable for any resulting losses.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for any offensive, explicit, or objectionable content you may encounter.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WGSN Enterprises, LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Violation of these Terms, or
• Infringement of any rights of another user, creator, or third party.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

You waive any objections to jurisdiction, venue, or participation in class actions.

14. Arbitration Clause

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions purchased on this Platform are recurring transactions that will automatically renew unless cancelled. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

If you would like to cancel your subscription from rebilling, you may do so by:

Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the content until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
