FeetHunters.com (the "Platform") is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all users. This Complaints/Content Removal Policy outlines the process for reporting content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our Standards, and how such complaints are reviewed and resolved.

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to reviewing and resolving them in a timely and fair manner.

2. Reporting Content

Users may report content that they believe may be illegal or otherwise violates our Standards. You can submit a complaint through the following methods:

  • Online Report Form: Use the "Report Abuse" button on any content page to report content directly through the Platform.
  • Email: Send a detailed complaint to hello@feethunters.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request".

When submitting a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • The specific content in question (URL, post ID, or description)
  • The reason for the complaint (illegal content, violation of standards, etc.)
  • A detailed description of why the content should be removed
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation

3. Review Process

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Our review process includes:

  • Initial Review: Complaints are received and logged into our system for tracking and review.
  • Investigation: Our team reviews the reported content against our Standards and applicable laws to determine if a violation has occurred.
  • Decision: Based on the investigation, a decision is made regarding the complaint.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the outcome of your complaint.

4. Potential Outcomes

Following our review, complaints may result in one of the following outcomes:

  • Content Removed: If the content is found to violate our Standards or applicable laws, it will be removed from the Platform immediately.
  • Content Approved: If the content is found to comply with our Standards and applicable laws, it will remain on the Platform.
  • Warning Issued: In cases where content is borderline but does not warrant removal, a warning may be issued to the content creator.
  • Account Action: In severe cases, additional actions may be taken against the account, including suspension or termination.

5. Appeals Process

If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint review, you may appeal the decision within 30 days of receiving the notification. To appeal:

  • Send an email to hello@feethunters.com with the subject line "Appeal: [Complaint ID]"
  • Include your original complaint ID and a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
  • Provide any additional evidence or information that was not included in the original complaint

Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our team who was not involved in the original decision. You will receive a response to your appeal within five (5) business days. The decision on an appeal is final.

6. Takedown Process for Individuals Appearing in Content

If you appear in content on this Platform and wish to have that content removed, you have the right to submit a takedown request.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To request removal of content in which you appear, you may submit a takedown request through the following methods:

  • Online Report Form: Use the "Report Abuse" button and select "I appear in this content" as the reason for your request.
  • Email: Send a detailed takedown request to hello@feethunters.com with the subject line "Takedown Request: Individual Appearing in Content".

Required Information

To process your takedown request, you must provide the following information:

  • Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or similar) that clearly shows your name and photograph to verify that you are the individual appearing in the content.
  • Specific Content Identification: The exact URL(s), post ID(s), or detailed description of the content in which you appear, including the creator's name or username if known.
  • Your Relationship to the Content: A clear explanation of how you appear in the content and why you are requesting its removal.
  • Contact Information: Your full name, email address, and phone number where we can reach you regarding your request.
  • Supporting Documentation: Any additional documentation that supports your request, such as evidence of lack of consent, copyright ownership, or other relevant information.

Review Process and Timeline

Once we receive your complete takedown request with all required information:

  • Initial Review: Your request will be logged and assigned a unique request ID for tracking purposes. You will receive confirmation of receipt within one (1) business day.
  • Verification: Our team will verify your identity and review the content in question to confirm that you appear in the content as claimed.
  • Investigation: We will investigate your request, which may include reviewing the content, checking our records, and contacting relevant parties if necessary.
  • Decision and Notification: You will receive a response to your takedown request within five (5) business days of receipt of your complete request. We will notify you via email of our decision and any actions taken.

Possible Outcomes

Following our review, your takedown request may result in one of the following outcomes:

  • Content Removed: If we determine that your request is valid and the content should be removed, it will be removed from the Platform immediately upon our decision.
  • Request Denied: If we determine that the content does not violate our policies or that you have not provided sufficient evidence, your request may be denied. You will receive a detailed explanation of the decision.
  • Additional Information Required: If we need more information to process your request, we will contact you and provide you with an opportunity to submit additional documentation.

Important Notes

  • Privacy and Confidentiality: All information submitted as part of a takedown request will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing your request.
  • False or Fraudulent Requests: Submitting false or fraudulent takedown requests may result in legal action. You must be the individual appearing in the content or have legal authority to act on their behalf.
